I’m a 26 year old loctician based out of Baton Rouge ,Louisiana. I’m a master Loctician with over 8 years of experience. My mother owned and operated a hair salon in our hometown of Baton Rouge . Cancellation Policy
At LOCKEDBYKIAA LLC we understand that plans can change. However, to manage our operations and serve our customers effectively, we have a 5% cancellation fee for any cancellations made after your booking or purchase.
Terms:
Cancellation Window: To avoid the cancellation fee, you must cancel your booking or order at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within the allowed time frame, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to the total value of your booking or order.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified time frame may not be eligible for a refund, or a 5% fee will still apply, depending on your agreement.
